It's called Bay Tree House. It's in Peak Dale, which is a quiet village near Buxton.
The house sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite off the main bedroom. It has a 4 Star rating. There's an enclosed garden with a patio, and a big metal shed you can lock bikes in.
Inside, the main living area is open plan. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher, a table, and a living room with sofas. The doors from there open out to the patio. There's a utility room by the back door for muddy boots and a washing machine.
The location is good for getting around. Buxton is about three miles away. It's got shops, the opera house, and a train station with a direct line to Manchester. The Peak District is right there.
For walking or cycling, the Monsal Trail and High Peak Trail are traffic-free routes you can get to easily. Good views from Mam Tor and The Roaches. Peak District National Park site has maps and information.
Chatsworth House is about a 30 minute drive. So are the caves in Castleton. Alton Towers is within that range too, if that's what you're after.
Facilities: there's parking for two cars, WiFi, and all bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. No pets.
