Warrington House
Warrington House is in Tideswell. It's a three-storey terraced house right in the middle of the village. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a four star place, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The front door opens into a boot room. Good for wet boots and dogs. There's a washing machine and tumble drier in there too. Off that are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
The main living floor is up one flight. It's open plan. Kitchen, dining table for eight, and a sitting area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer section, microwave, and a coffee machine. We leave some pods for you. There's another king size bedroom on this floor.
The top floor is the main bedroom, in the attic. The ceiling is sloped in parts but you can stand up in the middle. It has an en-suite shower room.
Out the back there's a small decked terrace.
The local pub and a good restaurant are directly opposite the house. The village has shops and cafes. You can start walks from the door. Bakewell is about 15 minutes by car, Buxton about 20. Chatsworth House is a 20 minute drive. Peak District National Park has all the walking route information. For Chatsworth, check their website for opening times.
Facilities include wifi, heating, all bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair. We take up to two dogs. The house is decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
