Forest View
Forest View is in Peak Forest. It's an old Victorian schoolhouse, built in 1857. It's semi-detached. The view out the front is just fields and trees, no other houses.
It sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. It's all on the ground floor, so no stairs at all.
There's a pub about a mile away in the village. For a shop or a restaurant, you'd need to drive about four miles, so it's worth planning ahead.
You can walk straight out from the cottage into the countryside. Castleton is four miles away, with all its caves and the castle. Bakewell is about eight miles. Chatsworth House is a twenty minute drive. If you fancy it, the cable cars at Matlock Bath are about half an hour away.
The garden is enclosed, so it's secure. There's parking right outside. It has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
