This is Forest View in Peak Forest. It's a semi-detached place, one of a pair. It used to be the village schoolhouse, built in 1857.
It sleeps two, maybe two adults and a young child. There's a double room and a small single room. They say that single room is suitable for a child under eight. The stairs are normal. There's one bathroom.
You're right on the edge of the village. The view out the back is all fields. You can just step out the door and go for a walk.
The pub is about a mile away. It's a proper walkable one. The nearest shop and restaurant are about four miles away in Chapel-en-le-Frith, so you'll want to come with supplies.
If you want to go out, Castleton is four miles. You've got all the caverns there. Bakewell is about seven miles, Chatsworth House is maybe fifteen. The cable car at the Heights of Abraham in Matlock Bath is about half an hour's drive. Good for a day out.
For facilities, you've got parking, a washing machine, wifi, and a TV. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
