Walnut Cottage
This is Walnut Cottage in Buxton. It's a two bedroom place, attached to one other cottage. You get the whole thing and the garden to yourselves.
It sleeps four and has a four star rating, so it's comfortable and everything works. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. One bedroom is downstairs with a big bed you can split into twins if you need. The other is up a flight of stairs.
The main room has a sofa and TV, and the kitchen leads out to a small enclosed garden. There's a table out there. Parking for two cars, and there's an electric car charger you can use. You scan a code for it.
It's on the edge of town, so you can walk in. Takes about ten minutes. Buxton has the usual stuff: shops, pubs, a cinema. The Pavilion Gardens are good for a wander.
You're right on the edge of the Peak District. Good walking straight from the door. The Goyt Valley is close. For a longer drive, Chatsworth House is about half an hour. So is Castleton for the caverns.
Included: all bedding and towels, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. You can bring up to two dogs.
