Spring Cottage is in Hollinsclough. It’s a barn conversion, detached and on its own. You’re in six acres, so there's a lot of space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and well looked after.
The living room is big, with a stone fireplace and a woodburner. The floor is flagged with rugs. The stairs go up to the bedrooms in the eaves.
Outside there’s a walled herb garden and a rockery. You can walk straight out from the garden onto footpaths. It’s very quiet.
The nearest shop and a couple of pubs are in Longnor, about two miles away. It’s a short drive.
Buxton is about a 20-minute drive. Good for a look around, the Opera House, and the Pavilion Gardens. Bakewell is maybe 25 minutes. Chatsworth House is roughly half an hour. For walks, you’re right in the Peak District.
Facilities are straightforward: there’s a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot if you need one. Sorry, no pets.
