Boosley Grange

Boosley Grange is in Shawfield, in the Staffordshire part of the Peak District. It's a detached bungalow on our small farm. Everything's on one level. You get your own garden and patio, which is enclosed, and it looks straight out over the fields and the valley. The views are very good.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. It's not fancy, but it's warm and it works.

You're right at the top of the Manifold Valley here. The walking and cycling from the door is excellent. The Manifold Trail is nearby. The nearest shop and a pub are about three miles away in the village. There are a couple of other decent pubs for food within a short drive.

A lot of the big attractions are within half an hour. You've got Chatsworth, Lyme Park, Haddon Hall, and the caves at Castleton. Buxton is about six miles for the market. A swimming pool is about six miles, golf is seven, and you can go horse riding four miles away.

For facilities: there's parking right outside, a place to store bikes, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. We do allow one well-behaved dog.
