Town End Barn
Town End Barn is over in Warslow. It's a barn conversion, detached, so you're not sharing walls. It looks out across the valley towards Thor's Cave. The view is good, it's very green.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both double beds I think, and two bathrooms. That's handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, everything works. Nothing too fancy.
You can walk straight out from the door. The Manifold Valley path is right there. The local pub is about 350 yards up the road, a few minutes' walk. They do food. The nearest shop is a mile and a half away in the next village.
For a drive, Dovedale is about 15 minutes. Hartington village is nice, maybe 20 minutes. Bakewell, Buxton, Ashbourne – they're all within a 30 minute drive. They're proper market towns if you need things.
It's got a wood burning stove. There's a patio with a barbecue, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Parking for two cars on the gravel. We include the bedding and towels. There's wifi. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
No pets, sorry.
