Town End Barn is a converted barn in Warslow. It's detached, so you've got it to yourself. It looks out over the Manifold Valley and towards Thor's Cave from its spot on the edge of the village.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. The facilities are decent: you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV and woodburner, as listed.
The stairs inside are quite steep and narrow. They are open tread, too, so you'll want to watch your step and keep an eye on kids. There is a stairgate provided.
The local pub is good. It's about a five minute walk. The village shop is a bit further, a mile and a half away.
You can walk straight out from the barn. The Manifold and Tissington Trails for cycling are close by, and you're in the Peak District so there's no end of footpaths. Dovedale and Hartington are a short drive away. Buxton, Bakewell and Ashbourne are all about a twenty minute drive.
We don’t allow pets. There is parking on site. Bedding and towels are included.
For planning walks and days out, these sites are useful: Peak District National Park and National Trust Peak District.
