Gem Cottage is in Longnor, a small village in the Peak District. It's for two people, one bedroom, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The cottage is small. You come in through the sitting room, which has a log burner, a sofa, a table, and a TV. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. Upstairs there's a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a king-size bedroom that looks out over the village.
Outside, there's a parking space at the back. At the front there's a small, private garden with a bistro set.
Longnor is quiet. There's a village pub a couple of minutes' walk away, which has recently been done up. For shops and more places to eat, Buxton is about a 15-20 minute drive. Leek is similar in the other direction.
You can walk straight from the door. The area is good for cycling too. It's a few miles to the Roaches for more dramatic walking.
Facilities: it has WiFi, a washing machine, the log burner, and all bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
