Cedar Apartment
As you approach Cedar Apartment via the external stairs at the side of the building after parking on the driveway, you find yourself on the raised balcony-like area with seating. Perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or relaxing in the sun.
Upon entering this first floor apartment you find yourself in the well-equipped kitchen area, with everything you could need to rustle up a great meal. The modern shower room is just along the hallway as are the two double bedrooms. The living space here is bright and airy thanks to the bay window at the front of the room, with sofa seating as well as dining table and chairs.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Preston, Paignton and is just a short walk from a nearby shop as well as takeaways. Preston green and beach with its multicoloured beach huts and cafés are also just down the hill. Slightly further along the coast into Paignton is another large green area which often has the fun fair down, Paignton pier with its abundance of games, large cinema and crazy golf course. Not to mention many other restaurants/bars and the local train station.
The local towns of Torquay with its marina and the famous fishing town of Brixham, which make up the beautiful English Riviera are also a short drive away. Explore until your heart’s content with the various other towns making up the South Hams such as Salcombe, Dartmouth, Totnes and the city of Exeter.
