Fairy Cove

On entering Fairy Cove through the ground floor entrance and making your way up to the first floor, the open plan kitchen/dining room is immediately to your left. It is a nice, open, social space for rustling up that early morning breakfast before a day out exploring the beautiful English Riviera, or even a long day relaxing at the beach, which is just 2 minutes’ walk from the front door. The family bathroom is also just off of the dining area and benefits from a claw-foot bath. Two bedrooms are just along the hallway, the main bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom has bunk beds. The living area, which is at the front of the property, is a bright and airy room with a corner sofa, 55" Smart TV and Virgin Wi-Fi.
Outside, the property has a delightful enclosed garden with a patio, as well as a furnished summer house where you can enjoy afternoon tea or read a good book whilst surrounded by nature. There is also a picnic bench with a parasol where you can enjoy eating al fresco.
All in all, Fairy Cove is a great base for exploring Paignton and the surrounding areas of the English Riviera. Beach 175 yards.
