It's called Gwdihw, which is Welsh for owl. It's a glamping hut on a site outside Fishguard. They've got a few of these huts dotted around, so you'll see other guests, but you have your own space.
It sleeps four, but there's only one bedroom. It's a double bed, and then there's a sofa bed in the living space for two more. There's one bathroom hut. It's a separate hut, so you walk outside to get to it. Not far. The shower is in there too.
You get a little garden area outside your hut with a fire pit. The view over Fishguard Bay is very good. The site is relaxed.
There's a kitchen hut as well, also separate. Basic cooking stuff like a microwave and fridge. Electricity and bedding are included, and there's parking right there. You can bring one dog.
The thing about it being 4 Star just means it's nice, but it's still glamping. The bathroom isn't attached. Watch for that if you don't fancy walking outside at night.
The on-site restaurant is only open from Easter to September, serving meals a few nights a week. Fishguard town is about a 20 minute walk down the hill, maybe 25 coming back up. It's got cafes and pubs.
The coast path is less than a mile away. Strumble Head, which is a fine walk, is a couple of miles west. You can see seals there sometimes. The Preseli Hills are inland a bit, about a 30 minute drive. Good for walking.
