This is Yr Hen Efail. It's in Cilshafe, just outside Fishguard. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. It's one of four cottages down a long private drive. It's quiet. You'll hear birds and not much else.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept. The main room has a wood burner and the ceiling is beamed. The walls are stone. It feels solid.
Outside, there's a private patio and then a lawned garden. It's enclosed, so it's fine for a dog. The drive itself is good for walking a dog. There are benches along it where you can sit.
You're about half a mile from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It's a ten minute walk, maybe fifteen. Fishguard harbour is about a mile and a half away. There are shops and a few pubs there. The nearest pub is about a mile's walk.
For a day out, St Davids is about a 25 minute drive. Good for the cathedral and boat trips. You can get to Newport, or places like Solva, in under half an hour.
What's here: the wood burner, a TV, a BBQ. Bedding is included. There's parking right outside. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
If you're planning trips, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park website has all the information.
