West Barn is in Scleddau, near Fishguard. It's a converted barn on our land, one of two. We've got about seven acres here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main living area has big doors that open onto a terrace. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is a good size. There's a smaller snug area off the kitchen, which is handy.
The views are the main thing. You look out over the Cleddau Valley towards the Preseli Hills. It's quiet. There's a Site of Special Scientific Interest in the grounds, which means the wildlife and plants are protected.
Fishguard is about five minutes away by car. It has shops, a few places to eat, and a harbour. The coast is close. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is right there, with all the paths and beaches. Newport Sands and Abercastle are within fifteen minutes' drive.
St Davids is about twenty minutes away. It's a small city with the cathedral. Oakwood theme park and Folly Farm are both within half an hour if you need a day out with children.
Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and highchair. The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance. We allow up to two dogs.
You can book West Barn together with East Barn next door if you need space for more people.
