The Coach House

The Coach House is in Mathry. It's a quiet little village. The building used to be a barn, it's stone, detached. You've got your own garden and patio with a barbecue.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, you've got a wood burner for chilly evenings. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is there but it's a rural connection, so it's fine for browsing but not for streaming films all night.

The stairs are a bit steep, and the doorways are low in a couple of places. Just mind your head.

The local pub is about a three minute walk. They do food. The shop is a mile away in the car.

You're right on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The north coast is about a ten minute drive. Porthgain Harbour is close. It's a proper old industrial harbour, really interesting, and there are some good places to eat there. You can get on the coastal path from nearby.

If you want a bigger beach, Whitesands Bay is about a twenty minute drive. For history, you've got the Preseli Hills inland with the ancient burial chambers. St Davids is fifteen minutes away for the cathedral and more shops.

You can bring two dogs. There's parking right outside.
