Pipistrelle Cottage is in Mathry, right on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It's one of three old farm buildings here, converted in 2021. It sleeps two.
It's a single bedroom with an en suite shower room. The main space is open plan: kitchen, living area, dining table. The ceilings are high with the original wooden beams. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well finished.
The village has a pub and a tea room about a hundred yards away. The nearest shop is in Letterston, a couple of miles drive.
You're about three miles from Abermawr beach. St Davids is a fifteen minute drive. It's got the cathedral and the Bishop's Palace. Good for a wander. The coast path is all along here for walking. For surfing, Newgale is about twenty minutes away. The harbours at Solva and Porthgain are also close by, maybe twenty-five minutes.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. The bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a garden area. It's part of a small group of cottages, so it can be quiet, but you might see other guests coming and going.
