Pipistrelle Cottage is in Mathry, Pembrokeshire. It's a one-bedroom place for two people. We did it up in 2021. It used to be a farm building, you can tell from the beams, they're the original ones.
The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable. There's one bathroom, it's ensuite off the bedroom. The kitchen is open plan with the living area. There's a wood burner. The ceilings are high.
The village has a pub and a tea room about a hundred yards from the cottage. The shop is a couple of miles away in St Nicholas. The coast at Abermawr is about three miles.
You're on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. St Davids is about a twenty-minute drive. That's where the cathedral is. Nice beaches nearby, like Newgale or Abereiddi. Good for walking or surfing.
The harbours at Solva and Porthgain are worth a visit. They've got places to eat.
There are two other cottages here, Swallows Lodge and Ravens Roost. They're separate but you can book them together if you're a bigger group.
Facilities wise: there's parking, a garden area, WiFi, TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
