Cwm Eithin is out near Cerbid, between Solva and Porthgain. It’s detached. Was a farm barn originally, made of stone.
The place sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One is downstairs. One of those bedrooms and the main bathroom are on the ground floor, so there’s wheelchair access at the entrance, but the cottage isn't fully adapted.
It's a 5 Star place. It’s very clean and comfortable, but it's still a cottage. The walls are thick.
There’s a large garden that faces west. You get good sun in the evenings. It looks out over fields and down to a small old church. It’s quiet. The lanes around here are good for walking dogs.
You’re in the middle of the St Davids peninsula. The coast is a short drive away. Good beaches, some where dogs are allowed. You can be at Porthgain harbour in a few minutes, or down into Solva.
Solva has a village shop that does basics and delivers. There are places to eat in Solva, Porthgain, and St Davids. The Sloop in Porthgain does pub food.
For things to do, you’ve got the coast path for walking. Boat trips from St Davids. Surfing at some of the beaches. The National Trust has a lot of land and coast here. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site is useful.
In the house you’ve got a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. Parking for a couple of cars on the drive. You can bring dogs, up to three.
