Goat Street Cottage is in St Davids. It’s a three bedroom cottage, very close to the cathedral. You can hear the bells from the back garden some days.
It sleeps four. There’s one bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s well-equipped and comfortable. Everything works. There’s parking for one car, and importantly, an electric vehicle charger on site.
The stairs are fairly typical for a cottage, so mind your head on the way up. The garden is a small, walled courtyard. It gets the sun in the afternoon and is quite sheltered from the wind.
You’re a minute’s walk from the cathedral, the Bishop’s Palace, and the local shops. There’s a good pub about the same distance away. For a proper beach day, you need to drive. Whitesands Bay is about ten minutes by car. It’s one of the best.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is right there. You can pick it up easily. If you want to know more about the walks, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has all the maps. National Trust Pembrokeshire is useful for their local properties too.
In terms of what’s here: it’s got a wood burner, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. We provide the bedding and towels. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them.
