This is Woodland Retreat. It's just outside Solva in Pembrokeshire. It's a little one-bedroom cottage, good for two people. You can bring a couple of dogs.
It's a detached place, used to be the laundry for the big house. It's been done up inside, so it's modern. There's underfloor heating and a wood burner that keeps it warm. The wet room is a decent size. Everything's on the ground floor.
Outside, you've got your own enclosed walled garden with a table and chairs. There's a proper lawn out the front that goes down to a big pond. The cottage sits in 12 acres of woods that you're free to walk through. You can follow a path from the gate all the way into Solva, which takes about half an hour.
Solva is a harbour village, about a mile and a half away. It has a few places to eat and you can book fishing trips from there. The coast path is right there.
It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well fitted out. There's a TV, wifi, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included.
