Ty Dewi

Ty Dewi is near Brawdy on the St Davids Peninsula. It's a stone cottage on farmland. You're down a long track so it's quiet. There are fields all around, about eleven acres.

It sleeps nine. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms, so you're not queueing. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after, but it's a cottage, not a hotel.

The main living room has a wood burner and French doors to the garden. The stairs are the original cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep and turn sharply. Just something to be aware of.

The kitchen is big with a proper farmhouse table. It adjoins another property, Ffynnondewi Farmhouse. You can keep to yourselves, but the kitchen is set up so both houses can eat together if you're booking as a big group. You can book them together for fifteen people.

All the bedrooms have beams. One twin bedroom is up a feature staircase from the living room. There's a single bedroom on the ground floor off the living room, with its own shower room.

Outside, there's a patio with furniture and a barbecue. The garden is a bit wild, which is nice. The views are over the fields.

You're about fifteen minutes by car from St Davids city itself. The coast is close. Whitesands Bay, Newgale, Solva, and Porthgain are all within a twenty minute drive. Good for surfing, walking, or just being by the sea.

Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
