Grassholm Cottages

Grassholm Cottages are in Roch. It's one barn conversion that's been split into four separate cottages. Grassholm is for two people.

It's all on one level, which makes it quite straightforward. The ceilings are high and there's underfloor heating. You get a patio outside with a table. The view from there is good: you can see fields and a bit of sea in the distance.

There's a village shop and a pub you can walk to. The pub does food and has its own ale. The big draw is Newgale beach. It's about a five minute drive. It's a long, sandy beach that's good for surfing or just walking. They've got a cafe and sometimes a pizza van there.

St Davids is about 15 minutes away by car. There's the cathedral, the Bishop's Palace, and a few places to eat. Other good beaches like Little Haven or Whitesands Bay are within a 20 minute drive.

It's a handy spot for seeing different parts of Pembrokeshire. You can get to most places along the coast in under half an hour.

For facilities: it's got a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. There's also an electric vehicle charger.

If you want to book for more people, you can rent Grassholm together with the other three cottages next door.
