Grassholm is one of the cottages here, a barn conversion on one level. It's for two people. There's one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating so everything is in good order.
The main thing about it is the view. You can sit out on the patio and look right out over the fields to the sea. It's very quiet.
The village of Roch is a short walk. There's a shop for basics and a pub that does food. For a proper beach, you want Newgale. It's about two miles down the road. It's a big sandy beach, good for surfing or just a walk. There's a cafe there and sometimes a pizza van.
St Davids is about fifteen minutes by car. You've got the cathedral and plenty of places to eat. There are lots of other beaches nearby too, like Whitesands and Broad Haven.
Inside, it's all open plan with underfloor heating, so it's easy to keep warm. The ceilings are high. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. We've also put in an electric vehicle charger.
It's all on the ground floor and the entrance is step-free, which is useful if mobility is a consideration.
For planning days out, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site is good for walking routes. The National Trust in Wales looks after a lot of the coastline nearby.
