Oswald House is our place in Little Haven. It's a big, five-bedroom house that sleeps up to ten people. It's in the middle of the village, up the hill a bit. You've got to walk up about twenty-five steps from the street to get to the front door. They're proper steps.
The location is the main thing. You're about five minutes' walk from the beach at Little Haven. It's a sandy cove, really good for swimming when the tide's in. The village has a couple of good pubs that do food. The house itself is tall, spread over three floors.
Inside, it's all very spacious and well done up. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's comfortable and has everything. There are five bathrooms, so nobody's queueing. The kitchen is big and opens out through French doors onto a decked terrace. You can see a sliver of the sea from there. The garden is steep and terraced.
There are a few different living areas. A main sitting room, then a snug with a wood burner for colder nights. It's a good house for a group because people can spread out.
Facilities are all there: plenty of parking, which is rare in the village. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
For days out, you're right on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Broad Haven beach is the next bay over. St Davids, with the cathedral, is about a twenty-minute drive. Further afield, you've got places like Skomer Island for the puffins, or Tenby. The whole coast is within an hour.
