The Hayloft
The Hayloft is near Broadway in Pembrokeshire. It's the first floor of an old stone barn, converted for holiday lets. We're at the end of a long, winding drive, so it's quiet.
The main living space is upstairs. There's a kitchen area, dining table, and a corner sofa. The floors are wood. A few more stairs go up to a mezzanine level where the bedrooms and bathroom are. It sleeps three over two bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything's in good order.
You get your own bit of garden. The view from the living room looks out over some woodland ponds and the farmhouse lawn. There's plenty of space to park a car, or a boat if you've brought one.
The place is surrounded by over a hundred acres of our farmland and private woods. You're welcome to walk through it. For a beach, Broad Haven is about five minutes in the car. It's a sandy beach, good for families. Little Haven is close by too. There are pubs and a shop in Broad Haven.
If you want to explore, Picton Castle and its gardens are nearby. For a day out, you can get boat trips from the coast over to Skomer Island to see the puffins and other seabirds.
As for what's here, there's a washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, and all the bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage. Sorry, no pets.
