Sovereign House is a first floor apartment in Milford Haven marina. It sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating so it's comfortable and clean, not luxury. The view from the living room is of the marina and the waterway. You get a Juliet balcony there, so you can stand and watch the boats.
The stairs up to the front door are external and metal. They're fine, but worth knowing. There's one parking space on site, right by the building.
Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen is a galley style with a breakfast bar. It has a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The location is the main thing. You're right in the marina. There are restaurants, pubs, and shops a few minutes' walk away. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path goes right past, so you can start a walk from the door.
Pembroke Castle is about a ten minute drive. It's a proper medieval castle, worth a visit. In the other direction, you can get to the Stackpole Estate in maybe twenty-five minutes. That's National Trust land, with the Bosherston Lily Ponds and Broadhaven South beach. National Trust Stackpole.
Further on from there is Barafundle Bay. It's a beautiful beach, but it's a walk from the car park. Tenby, Oakwood Theme Park, and Folly Farm are all roughly thirty-five minutes by car.
