Trinity Villa is in Burton Ferry, on the water's edge. It's one of three cottages in the walled grounds of Trinity House, which is where the owners live. You've got a private patio area, but the garden is mostly communal. It's nicely landscaped, with lawns, seating, and a pond.
The villa sleeps four, across three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a note in the paperwork that says some of the stairs inside the house are steep, spiral, or narrow. Just so you know.
The facilities on the site are really good, especially if the weather turns. There's an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a fitness area. Plus a games room with a full-sized snooker table, a pool table, and table tennis. You can fish right off the old jetty or the property walls.
The pub is about twelve yards away, which is basically next door. They do food. For a supermarket, you'd go to Pembroke Dock, about two miles over the bridge. The nearest beach is about seven miles. You can launch a boat 200 yards away, and there are boat trips from Neyland Marina a couple of miles up the river.
Facilities in the villa: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding is included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two pets. Parking is on site.
