Hafan Fach Cottage is in Maiden Wells. It's on the edge of the owner's land, in their grounds. You look out over fields.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star cottage, which is good. It's clean and comfortable. The main thing is it's all on one level, so there's no stairs. There's a step up into the property from the parking area.
It's stone-built, so the walls are nice and thick. There's a wood burner in a big inglenook fireplace. The kitchen and living area are open plan. Patio doors open onto a patio and the garden. There's a hot tub out there, and a fire pit.
You're about four miles from the coast. The nearest proper beach is probably Broad Haven South. Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay are a bit further, maybe a fifteen or twenty minute drive. All are good sandy beaches.
Pembroke Castle is about three miles away. It's a proper medieval castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor. You can row boats on the mill pond there. It's run by Pembroke Castle.
The Bosherston Lily Ponds and Stackpole Estate are close by, maybe ten minutes in the car. That's National Trust land, so there's good walking. The National Trust Stackpole page has the details.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's parking right outside the door. No pets, sorry.
If you want links for planning, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park covers everything.
