Blacksmiths Cottage is in Pembroke town. It's one of a pair of cottages. You get your own garden and a hot tub.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's a five-star property, which means it's high spec. The kitchen, dining and living area is all one open-plan room. That's good for being together. There's a cinema room downstairs and a wood burner upstairs.
The building is very old. Late 13th century. It used to be the blacksmith's place. The restoration kept a lot of the original features, so you get the beams and stone walls. That also means the stairs are quite steep and the doorways can be low in places. Just watch your head.
Pembroke Castle is about a ten minute walk. Visit Pembrokeshire has good information on the town. The coastal path is close by if you want to walk.
For days out, Stackpole is about a twenty minute drive. It's National Trust and has the Bosherston Lily Ponds and Barafundle Bay. National Trust Stackpole has the details. Tenby is roughly half an hour away by car.
Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if needed.
