This is Beats Cottage, on Newton Mountain in Pembrokeshire. It's detached, so you're on your own. You get the patio and garden area.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is a twin up in what they call a 'crog loft', which is basically a room right in the eaves. The ceiling is sloped, so mind your head if you're tall. The stairs up to it are cottage stairs. They're normal, but they are a bit steeper than modern ones.
The main room is open plan, kitchen, dining and living area together. It's got slate floors, beams and stone walls. We've got a TV, WiFi, parking, and all the utilities are included. Bedding and towels are there for you. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog.
It's a 3 Star place. That means it's comfortable and clean, not a show home.
You're out in the country here. The nearest pub doing food is about a mile and a half away. The closest shop is six miles, in Pembroke. Pembroke's about ten minutes in the car. It's got the castle and some decent places to eat. For a big supermarket, you'd go to Pembroke or Tenby.
The coast is about nine miles away. Tenby is a good day out, about 35 minutes' drive. Saundersfoot is along the coast from there. For walking, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is all around here. You can start walks from the door.
If you've got kids, Folly Farm, Heatherton and Oakwood theme park are all within about 40 minutes. There's a golf course nearby too.
