Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage is a one bedroom place in Pembroke town, right by the mill pond. It's for two people. It's been done up well, so it's got a five star rating.
The downstairs is all open plan. Living area, kitchen, and doors out to a little courtyard. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings. Upstairs is the bedroom, which has a high vaulted ceiling with the old beams showing. The en-suite shower room is up there too. The stairs are the original ones, so they're a bit steep and narrow. You get used to them.
The cottage is in the town, so you can walk to everything. The castle is about ten minutes on foot. There are shops, cafes, and a few pubs close by. One dog is welcome.
For getting out, you're right on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The coastal path is a short drive away to get onto it properly. The Stackpole Estate is about twenty minutes by car. That's where the Bosherston Lily Ponds and beaches like Barafundle are. Tenby is roughly half an hour's drive if you want a busier seaside town.
It's got the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance is level and the courtyard is enclosed.
