Ferry Boat House
Ferry Boat House is in Pembroke Dock. It's a modern detached house right on the water. The main thing is the view. You look out over the Haven Waterway.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, so everyone gets some space. The master bedroom has a balcony off it. One bedroom is on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
The living room and kitchen lead into a dining room with patio doors. They open onto a big deck at the back. You can sit out there and watch the boats. The Irish ferry goes past twice a day. It's quite something to see it turn into the dock.
If you like birds, the estuary is an SSSI. Lots of waders and wildfowl. You can see them from the house.
Pembroke town is five minutes away by car. The castle is there. Henry VII was born in it. They do events and tours. The town has pubs, restaurants, and some shops.
The Pembrokeshire coast is nearby for walking. The Coastal Path is stunning. You can drive to lots of beaches within half an hour. Tenby is about twenty minutes. Saundersfoot is similar.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
