This is Ferry Boat House. It's in Pembroke Dock, right on the water. You get a clear view of the Haven Waterway. The Irish Ferry goes past twice a day. You can watch it from the windows.
It's a detached, modern house. Sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, which is handy. One bedroom is on the ground floor with its own shower room. The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony. There's a big decked area at the back overlooking the water. The living room and kitchen doors open onto it.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are standard, not steep like an old cottage.

The area is good for walking and birdwatching. The estuary is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. For more organised walks or coastal information, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site is useful. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within half an hour's drive for beaches.
