Woodlands Cottage

Woodlands Cottage is a detached stone place at the end of a quiet lane in Hook. It's just you and the garden, which looks out over the trees and the Cleddau estuary.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep.

The living room has an open fire. The separate dining room has a table and a couple of armchairs, and leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is functional. It has what you need.

The garden is enclosed. There's a barbecue out there. You can sit and watch the water. The lane leads straight down to the estuary, about 50 yards away, if you have a kayak or a small boat.

You're on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It's good walking country. For a proper beach, you're looking at about a 30 minute drive. Tenby is about 40 minutes. There are places like Heatherton and Folly Farm within half an hour if you need a day out with children.

In the village, there's a shop about a ten minute walk away. The nearest pub is in Llangwm, two miles down the road.

Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We accept one well-behaved dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance is step-free.
