The Barn is in Honeyborough, just outside Neyland in Pembrokeshire. It's a five minute walk into the village proper. There's a pub, some places to eat, and the yacht club all down there near the water.
The place sleeps five people. There are two bedrooms upstairs, plus a single bed up on the landing area. There's one bathroom with a proper bath and separate shower.
The building was done up not long ago, so it's got a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, that sort of thing. There's a log burner for cooler evenings. The garden has a table and benches, it's a sunny spot. You can bring two dogs.
Neyland's right on the water. You can walk along the Brunel Trail, which is a flat path good for bikes. The Brunel Cycle Trail page has the map. The trail goes through the Pill Nature Reserve and on towards Haverfordwest.
Within half an hour you've got a lot. Pembroke Castle is about ten minutes south. Further down, you get to the Stackpole Estate, which is National Trust. That's where the Bosherston Lily Ponds and Barafundle Bay are. National Trust Stackpole has all the details.
To the north, you've got St Davids, which is a very small city with the cathedral. The beaches at Newgale and Whitesands are up that way for surfing. Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm are also within that distance if you've got kids with you.
On a practical note, there's parking right by the cottage, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. All the bedding and towels are provided.
