Haven View is in Llanstadwell, right on the water. It's detached, so it's just you and your lot, which is nice. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a five-star place, which means it's well put together and everything works.
The layout is a bit different. The bedrooms are all on the first floor. The main living space—kitchen, dining, lounge—is up on the second floor. That's so you get the best of the view over the water. Speaking of which, the view from up there is the main thing. It looks out over the whole Haven Waterway. It changes all day with the tide.
There's a garden at the back with a lawn. From there, you go up some steep stone steps to a summerhouse. That's the real spot to sit and watch the boats.
Inside, it's got everything. Good kitchen with a wine fridge. Lounge has an oil stove for cooler nights. There's a little study off the lounge that leads over a bridge to the garden.
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is literally on the doorstep. You can walk along it to the local pub in about ten minutes. They do food and the conservatory looks right over the water.
Neyland Marina is very close. From there you can get boat trips out to see wildlife, or go over to Skomer Island to see the puffins. There's also a traffic-free cycle trail, Brunel's Trail, that starts at the marina if you fancy a bike ride.
For facilities, it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels included, Wi-Fi, parking. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
