Granary Cottage is in St Twynnells, which is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It's a one bedroom place, sleeps three. I've been told it's an old granary from the 1700s, part of the old Stackpole Estate.
It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's not huge, but it's comfortable. There's one bathroom with a shower. For heating there's a woodburning stove which is nice in the evening. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included.
Outside there's a patio and garden you can use, and parking right there.
The location is the main thing. You're right in the National Park. A lot of the Stackpole Estate around here is looked after by the National Trust. You can walk to Broadhaven South beach and Barafundle Bay from there, they're very good. The Bosherston Lily Ponds are nearby too.
The Coastal Path is on your doorstep. You can cycle a section of it from the cottage. St Govan's Chapel is about three miles away, built into the cliffs. The Green Bridge of Wales and Stack Rocks are the same distance.
There's a bus service, the Coastal Cruiser, that stops nearby. It can take you to Pembroke to see the castle, or other villages without using the car.
Tenby is about a twenty minute drive. You can get boat trips from the harbour there over to Caldey Island. For other days out, places like Folly Farm, Oakwood, or the Preseli Hills are all within half an hour.
Locally, the Boathouse Tearoom at Stackpole Quay is three miles. The cafe at Bosherston is two. The nearest proper shop is about four miles, and the closest pub is two miles away.
No pets, I'm afraid. The cottage can be booked together with the place next door, The Byre, if you need room for more people.
For planning, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority site is useful.
