Rowan Cottage

Rowan Cottage is in Walwyn's Castle. It's on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It's one of three cottages in a row, set in the grounds of the main house.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's all on one level. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's well-finished and comfortable. The open plan living area is good for being together. Patio doors open to your own enclosed garden. You get a decent view over fields from there.

The main thing here is the shared facilities. There's a large games room with a full-size pool table, table football, and table tennis. There's a soft play area for small children. Outside, there's a climbing frame and slide. There's also a tennis court and a small gym on site.

You have a private hot tub in the garden. It's undercover.

The coast is about three miles away. Little Haven and Broad Haven are the closest beaches, about a ten minute drive. Good for swimming and walking. There's a pub and restaurant in Little Haven too.

For a bigger day out, Dale is about twenty minutes southwest. Good for walking, kayaking, that sort of thing. Boat trips to Skomer Island for the puffins leave from St Martin's Haven, which is nearby.

Further afield, within about forty minutes, you've got Tenby, Folly Farm, Heatherton, and Oakwood Theme Park.

Facilities-wise: everything's included - electricity, wi-fi, bedding, towels. There's a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. You can bring one dog.
