Little Roost is near Mathry, in Pembrokeshire. It's a three-bedroom house, sleeps six. Has two bathrooms, which is handy.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It feels clean and well-kept. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for kids and dogs. You can park right there.
In the house you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
Mathry village is about a ten-minute walk. There's a pub there that serves food and is dog-friendly. The nearest shop is in Trefin, about a mile and a half away.
The north Pembrokeshire coast is really close. You can walk to some bits from the house, or it's a very short drive to places like Abermawr or Porthgain. Porthgain has a small harbour and a couple of places to eat. The coastal path runs all along there.
St Davids is about a fifteen-minute drive. You've got the cathedral there, and boat trips to the islands sometimes run from there. The Preseli Hills are inland, maybe twenty minutes by car, if you fancy a hill walk.
We take up to two well-behaved dogs. There's an extra charge for that.
For planning days out, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site has all the walking maps and tide times. The National Trust in Wales looks after a lot of the coastline here too.
