Y Gwesty Bach
This is Y Gwesty Bach, in Castlemorris. It's a pretty big old stone house that sleeps twelve, in six bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's detached and you get the whole walled garden to yourselves.
The house has had a few different lives. It’s been a farmhouse, a shop, and even a pub at one point. Downstairs there's a games room left over from when it was the local pub, with a pool table and darts board. It's a good space if you've got a full house.
The stairs are a bit uneven and some doors are low, it's that sort of place. The walled garden gets the sun and there's a barbeque. You can bring two dogs.
For beaches, Abermawr and Aberbach are the closest, about a ten-minute walk or a very short drive. The bigger ones like Whitesands or Newgale are about fifteen minutes by car. The whole Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is on your doorstep.
St Davids is about twenty minutes away. It's a small city, really, but it's got the cathedral. Up the coast, places like Porthgain are good for food, maybe a twenty-five minute drive. There's a village pub in Mathry, two minutes down the road, that does meals.
In the house you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and the bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. WiFi works.
