Bwythyn Cudd is in Goodwick, Pembrokeshire. It's a detached cottage, brand new last year. We built it on our own land, so our house is nearby but you can't see it from the cottage. It's your own place.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything is on one level. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well put together and comfortable. It feels solid.
You walk into a big open plan room with the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. The doors go out to a south-facing garden. It's enclosed and mostly lawn.
There's a hot tub in the garden. It's private. No one looks over you.
Goodwick village is about a fifteen minute walk down the hill. There are a couple of pubs, some shops, and the harbour. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is about a five minute walk from the door. You can join it and walk towards St David's or Fishguard.
St David's is about a twenty minute drive. It's a small city, really just a cathedral and a few streets. The cathedral and Bishop's Palace are worth seeing. National Trust St David's Peninsula has information on the area.
Further along the coast, Porthgain is a good spot. About twenty five minutes by car. It's an old harbour with a couple of places to eat.
For a family day out, Folly Farm is about half an hour away. It's a zoo and farm park.
The facilities are all there: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning walks or want to know about the coast, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is the best place to look.
