Keeper’s Nook - Dinas Country Club

Keeper’s Nook is one of four cottages here at Dinas Country Club. The buildings are old, they were part of a monastery about 650 years ago. They're stone built and detached, set in about 22 acres of grounds. It's very green, mostly lawn and woodland.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The ground floor is split level and there's a spiral staircase up to the main bedroom. That bedroom has a sleigh bed and exposed beams. There's a wood burner in the living room.

The cottage is right on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, which is part of the old pilgrims' trail to St Davids. You can walk down to the beaches from here. Cwm yr Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod are about a ten or fifteen minute walk. The path goes around Dinas Head.

On site, there's a clubhouse in a 13th century building. It's open weekends and has real ales. There's an outdoor heated pool, a kids' play area, and a field. WiFi is in the clubhouse. Dinas Cross itself is a hamlet, the shop is a minute away and the pub is about twenty yards.

The whole place is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. For days out, Tenby is about a 40 minute drive. Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton, and Folly Farm are all within a 45 minute drive.

Facilities: parking right outside, bedding included, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, highchair and cot available. There is wheelchair access to the entrance. No pets.
