Major House
Major House is in Newport, Carmarthenshire. Newport's a market town right on the Pembrokeshire coast. The house sleeps eight in four bedrooms. It has three bathrooms.
It's a new build, so it's more modern and spacious than your average cottage. It's got a 5 Star rating. The layout is handy for two families. The bedrooms are split on either side of the first floor.
Downstairs, the main room is the kitchen and dining area with bifold doors that open onto the patio. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Off the kitchen there's a living room with a wood burner.
The town is a few minutes' walk away. There are shops, cafes, and a few pubs that do food. The beach, Newport Sands, is right there too. It's good for swimming and paddle boarding.
You're on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The coastal path is right there. For a good day out, you can drive to Ceibwr Bay or Cwm-yr-Eglwys, both within about ten or fifteen minutes. Fishguard is about twenty minutes north.
It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has on-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
