This is Bronrhiw. It's an end-terrace cottage in the middle of Newport, Pembrokeshire. We finished renovating it in 2022.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room. There's a main bathroom too, so two toilets in total.
Inside, it's got slate floors, exposed stone walls, and old beams. We've painted it in strong colours, it's not all white. There's a wood burner in the living room. The stairs are standard cottage stairs, so a bit steep and narrow.
Downstairs there's a kitchen, a dining room, and a separate room with some board games and books in it. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included.
You can bring two dogs. The garden at the back is enclosed.
Newport itself is small. You can walk to everything. There are a couple of pubs that do food, a few cafes, a butcher, and a shop. The castle is just up the hill. The beaches are about a mile away, one is sandy and the other is more stones. The estuary is good for birdwatching. There's a links golf course.
Fishguard is about ten minutes drive. They've got a ferry port there if you're coming from Ireland. St David's is maybe twenty minutes away. That's where the cathedral is. For surfing, Whitesands Bay is the main spot, it's not far.
