This is Bon Accorde in Goodwick. It’s a detached cottage in the village, a few minutes' walk from the harbour and beach. You get a sea view across the bay towards Dinas Head.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. Both are upstairs. The main bedroom has a shower ensuite. The other is a twin. The second bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's been well looked after. It was renovated a few years ago.
Downstairs is open plan. There’s a wood burner in the living area. The kitchen is galley style. It has what you need. The patio is up a few steps from the back door. It's enclosed, so it's fine for a dog. You can see the sea from there.
Goodwick itself has a local shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and a chippy. Fishguard town is about a fifteen minute walk away. Lower Fishguard, the old harbour, is prettier and has a café on the quay.
You're right on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The coastal path is on your doorstep. For a good beach day, Newport Sands is about a fifteen minute drive north. St Davids, which is the city with the cathedral, is about twenty minutes south by car. The surfing beach at Whitesands is near there.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. We can provide a cot, highchair and stairgate. We accept one well-behaved dog. Bedding and towels are included.
