View At The Peak is in Goodwick, just above the harbour. It's a semi-detached place, next to another holiday let and our house. The name tells you the main thing: the views. The living room is all glass at the front, so you're looking straight out over Fishguard Bay. You can see Dinas Head and, on a very clear day, Snowdon in the distance.
It's for two people. One bedroom, with an en-suite wet room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept. The kitchen is a galley style off the living area. There's a raised terrace with a barbecue, which is the best spot for a drink in the evening.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs right past the gate. You can walk down into Goodwick harbour in a few minutes. There's a pub and a restaurant there, about 500 yards away. The town of Fishguard is about a 20-minute walk if you want more shops and places to eat.
You're well placed for the north coast. Newport Sands, Abercastle, Abereiddy. St Davids is about a 20-minute drive; it's a city but a very small one, just the cathedral and a few streets. For good fish, try Porthgain. Further south, there are castles like Pembroke and Carew.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on site, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
