Yorke Villa is in Lower Town Fishguard. It's right on the old quay wall, so you look straight out at the harbour and the bay. The cottage is detached and made of stone. You can't get much closer to the water.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. The lounge and dining area are open plan with big windows facing the sea. The kitchen is through an archway.
Upstairs, there's a conservatory at the back that looks over the terraced garden. Two of the bedrooms have sea views. You can watch the boats from the windows.
You've got your own enclosed garden and parking on site. There's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included.
The local pub is about 200 yards up the hill. Fishguard town, with shops and more places to eat, is a ten-minute walk. For a swim, the nearest proper beach is about two miles away at Goodwick.
Being on the quay, you're right on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. You can be walking it in seconds. For kayaking or boat trips, you can start from the quay itself.
Strumble Head lighthouse is a few miles drive north. Nice for a dramatic walk. Newport sands and the blue lagoon at Abereiddy are about half an hour's drive south. Tenby is further, about 45 minutes.
