This is Yr Hen Felin. It's in Castlemorris in Pembrokeshire. It's one of four cottages in a courtyard, converted from an old mill. You look out over fields. It's quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The place is warm. There's a gas stove in the living room that looks like a coal fire. French doors open to the back garden, which is enclosed. It's a sheltered spot.
Inside, the hallway is unusual. The ceiling goes all the way up to the roof. There's some exposed stonework. It feels solid.
The village, Mathry, is a couple of miles away. It's small. There's a pub and a church. It's good walking country. You're about ten minutes by car from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. You can walk down through National Trust woodland to Abermawr beach. It's a mix of sand and shingle.
St Davids is about a twenty minute drive. That's where the cathedral is. Good for coffee and pastries. The city of Cardiff is about two hours away if you need something bigger.
For facilities, it has what you'd expect. Washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but I'd check the full layout if mobility is a concern, as it's a converted building.
