Bryn Olwyn
Bryn Olwyn is in Little Newcastle, inland Pembrokeshire. It's a detached stone house, so it's quiet. You're about a ten minute drive west to Newgale beach, or a bit longer to Newport. The Preseli Hills are right behind you.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring one dog.
There's a wood burning stove if you want a fire. Full kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. You've got your own garden with a patio and a barbecue. Parking for a couple of cars.
From here, you can get to a lot of coast. Newgale is close for surfing. Barafundle and Freshwater East are a bit further south, maybe twenty-five minutes. Tenby and Saundersfoot are good for families, with more going on. Inland, the Preseli Hills have good walking. You can drive up to the Gwaun Valley from here easily.
Fishguard is about fifteen minutes away for shops, pubs, and coffee. Newport has nice places to eat too. It's a good base because you're central; you're not committed to just one bit of the coast.
