The Stable Tufton

The Stable is on our farm in Tufton, which is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It's a working sheep and beef farm. The building used to be a stone stable.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The conversion is modern inside, but the walls are thick stone so it stays cool in summer.

You get the garden area to yourselves. It faces west, so you get the sun in the evening. The view looks out over the fields towards the Preseli Hills.

The lane down to us is a bit narrow. It's fine for normal cars, just take it slow. The nearest pub is about half a mile walk up the lane. Shops are in Letterston, about three miles away.

For beaches, we're about nine miles from the coast. Good ones nearby are Newport Sands and Abermawr. St Davids is under half an hour's drive. It's small but has the cathedral and boat trips from St Justinian's.

The coast path is the main thing for walking. You can join it at many points along the coast. For a different walk, you can go up into the Preseli Hills directly from here.

On the facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry, because of the farm.
