Y Teras Rosebush

Y Teras is a cottage in Rosebush, right in the middle of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. You get good views over the Preseli Hills from the front.

It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You need to go up eight steps from the lane to get to the front door. It was a quarryman's cottage originally.

The kitchen has an Aga, which keeps the place warm. There's also an electric oven and hob if you'd rather use that. The living room has a wood burner. There's a balcony off the back where you can sit and look at the hills.

The village pub, the Tafarn Sinc, is about a hundred yards away. They do food. The nearest proper shop is in Maenclochog, about a mile and a half down the road.

You can walk straight out of the door onto the Preseli Hills. The path up to Foel Cwmcerwyn, which is the highest point, starts nearby. These hills have a lot of ancient history and stone circles. You'll see red kites.

Being central in the National Park means you can get to both coasts. The north coast and places like Newport Sands are about half an hour's drive. The south coast, down towards Tenby and Narberth, is also about thirty minutes. Folly Farm is near there if you have children.

For facilities, it's got most things: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for your car on site. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
