Ivy Bush Cottage is in New Moat, just outside Narberth in Pembrokeshire. It's a detached house on its own, so no neighbours attached. You're in the countryside here, about a twenty minute drive from the coast.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom, which is handy. There's also a separate wet room downstairs. The rating is 5 Star, so it's well-equipped and finished to a good standard.
The kitchen is open plan and has big bifold doors that open onto the patio. It faces south, so you get the sun. There's a wood burner in the living room for cooler evenings. The main bedroom has a small Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
You're well placed for getting around. The Preseli Hills are right on your doorstep for walking. For a day out, National Trust Pembrokeshire has lots of coastal spots. The Llys-y-Fran reservoir is a five minute drive for walking or fishing. Tenby, Saundersfoot, and Narberth are all within a half hour drive. Oakwood and Folly Farm are about twenty five minutes away if you've got kids.
The facilities are all there: parking, wifi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
