Harbour Cottage

Harbour Cottage, newly refurnished in 2022, is a fisherman’s cottage sleeping four guests in luxury accommodation. Located just 2 minutes’ walk from the harbour, it is a fantastic base from which to explore this area. The picturesque harbour has many bars, restaurants and small shops, the area has plenty for visitors to do all year round, and there are stunning sunsets for budding photographers to capture. Why not book a boat trip to see a dolphin, seal, or other abundant wildlife being pointed out by the friendly and knowledgeable guides? The more adventurous can try their hand at waters sports. The seafront is a great place for an evening stroll and has plenty of places to eat in or stop for a drink or just admire the moored yachts.
The climate is mild in this part of the country and is ideal for visitors throughout the year. There are plenty of attractions to visit, including Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, which are just over a mile away offering tours, children’s activities and a large restaurant. Children will also love Torquay’s Dinosaur World with its hands-on exhibition featuring life sized dinosaurs, fossils and a craft room. Bygones is a museum just over 2 miles away where quaint shops line the Victorian village; it also has a model railway and a replica wartime trench. Railway enthusiasts should also pay a visit to Babbacombe Model Village and Cliff Railway. There is no much to do you will be booking to come back before you have left! Beach 2 miles.
