Bay Watch is a terraced, reverse-level, three-storey townhouse, situated in a quiet residential area of Brixham, with panoramic views of Brixham Breakwater and Torbay from its three balconies. The property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard, with open plan living areas and a balcony with table and chairs, which is ideal for al fresco dining whilst watching the sunsets over the bay.

It has a close proximity to Shoalstone Pool, an open-air seawater pool, and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. Breakwater Beach, the marina and town centre are also close by, giving you easy access to all the town’s amenities and attractions.

There are so many places to visit in the area, including award-winning Paignton Zoo and Agatha Christie’s summer house, Greenway. Take a boat over to Torquay and see the penguins roam freely at Living Coasts, explore its marina or take in a show at the theatre.
